Updated to add a calendar of unofficial events. These are the events local business and community groups have in tandem with the official events. The night events downtown after the official event is over are one of the best perks of living near the festival.
I requested Friday off. Im new to lowell and I've heard of this. Parking my car Thursday night and not moving til Sunday haha. Praying because I have no idea how the folk festival works.
@peepso_user_80(Tanya P.) I did it exactly the same way for years. I’d try to get one of the corner spots on an upper floor with the hope that fewer cars would be coming in and out next to me. This is a fun weekend to be out and about
