Thanks Dan! I was the owner who commented during the meeting that I am paying for offsite storage while the basement work is being done, I am actually paying about $200 per month for offsite storage. But even if someone isn't paying for offsite storage, they probably have had to keep their Christmas decorations and/or beach chairs in their living room during this delay. I cant imagine most anyone is pleased to save $50 for the inconvenience this delay has caused. I'm fully onboard with the work that needed to be done, but to delay this for several months for a $50/unit savings is absurd.
