Smoke Emanating Into The Common Areas

As discussed in the “Common Areas” section, no smoke or smell of smoke from a unit shall emanate into the common areas.  If an odor from a unit is present outside the unit, the Unit Owner may be subject to a fine. It is the unit owners responsibility to keep smoke out of common areas.

Owners/Tenants who smoke in their units should consider one or two ‘air purifiers’ units to absorb the smell/smoke within the unit to avoid the smell/smoke from emanating into abutting units or common areas.
