Our unit developed a 7 foot long crack across the ceiling this morning. Is this something I contact the management company about? People in unit above did not move furniture or do anything to precipitate this.

@peepso_user_109(Andrea G.) Hi, Please contact the management company. You own the actual ceiling and the community owns all of the support structures. It’s likely that your insurance will be involved for most of it with the association paying for anything considered common areas
